2022 Summer Noodle Festival

Main Quest - Nyail Cave
- The Summer Noodle Festival takes place in Malangdo. To get there during the event, the player can interact with any Noodle Festa Promotion NPC at:
- Eden Group, first floor, just east of the entrance at Template:Navi;
- Center of Prontera, southeast of the central square at Template:Navi;
- South Geffen, near fountain at Template:Navi;
- South Payon, just east of Kafra at Template:Navi; or
- South Morocc, southeast of bottom Kafra at Template:Navi.
- By always selecting the first option, the player will be warped to Malangdo for free at first.
- Latter on, the player can be teleported back to Malangdo for Noodle Festa Promotion at the cost of 1 25367 Promotional Fan, obtained through festival daily quests.
- North of where the player has been warped to, in Malangdo, there is the Event Guide NPC, at Template:Navi. Talking to him and selecting always the first option will start a navigation to Event Registration NPC, at Template:Navi (not mandatory, the player may just move to Event Registration);
- Talk to Event Registration NPC and select the first option, "Register". A text box will open so the player can insert the character name, but no matter what you type the quest will proceed and it won't influence in the progress, after which the player will be rewarded 1 25367 Promotional Fan and will receive the quest The Gatekeeper of Nyail Cave;
- A navigation will start leading shortly west to Festa Manager NPC, to which it's required to talk to, at Template:Navi, who, by selecting always the first option, will send the player to Nyail Cave, the festival dungeon, and change The Gatekeeper of Nyail Cave quest to The Beginning of the Festival quest;
- The player must kill or steal the following monsters:
- Small Whirlpool, until obtaining 1 25365 Spaghetti;
- Dandy Star, until obtaining 1 25664 Ribbon Noodle;
- Nyailo, until obtaining 1 23362 Meatball;
- Spaghetti and Ribbon Noodle cannot be stored, traded, mailed or dropped, only sold for 0z.
- The player must then move northwest of Nyail Cave at Template:Navi to return to Malangdo, and once again interact to Festa Manager NPC at Template:Navi to conclude the quest;
- Festa Manager will reward the player with 5 25367 Promotional Fan, 10 25366 Noodle Festival Coin, access to daily quests and access to Nyail Cave.
- The Beginning of the Festival quest will be deleted and the four daily quests will be added to quest window: Noodle Artisan, Watermelon Dessert, Sea Worm Hunt and Cool Ice Cream.
- For in-game navigation to daily events, the player may either open quest window (alt+U) and click the blue link at quest description, or talk to Event Registration NPC at Template:Navi, select Event Guide, select desired daily quest and click the blue link displayed in NPC dialog, both of which options will start a navigation to the related NPC.
- To reaccess Nyail Cave during event, the player has to talk to Festa Manager NPC at Template:Navi and select the first dialog option.
- 25366 Noodle Festival Coin and the non-consumable quest items of this Festival cannot be stored, traded, mailed or dropped, but can be sold for 0z;
- Note: Although a few Small Whirlpool and Dandy Star can be found in many maps, it is recommended to farm all items inside Nyail Cave because the amount of quest monsters there is much higher; leaving it though the map portal will take the player back to Malangdo, where the player may proceed with quests; and all other quest monsters related to this event can also be found in this dungeon;
- Note: All referred quest monsters receive 1 damage per hit, deal low damage, can be stolen and don't reward any experience on kill. They are also affected by poison and bleeding, which may make killing them faster, but burning is not recommended as this status may prevent the monster to drop its loots. All quest monsters have 10 HP and dont cast any skill, except for Nyailo, who has 1000 HP and casts Decrease AGI, NPC WIDECURSE, Silence and Grampus Morph a.k.a. Reverse Orcish;
- Note: Teleporting is allowed in Nyail Cave;
- Note: There are Undersea Tunnel monsters in Nyail Cave, including agressive ones with Water Ball skill, which may make it challenging for low level characters, to whom it is recommended to keep teleporting to safe spots to kill quest monsters and be aware of spawning agressive monsters nearby. Among those monsters there is Kukre, a looter monster that may fastly get dropped items and make them disappear completely if previously the monster aquired a few other items. Daily Quests
Noodle Artisan

- Talk to Noodle Master Orzo at Template:Navi, selecting always the first option, to receive Noodle Ingredients quest;
- It is recommended to get all daily quests first by talking to all NPCs involved once before proceeding, so all can be done in a single trip to Nyail Cave;
- Go to Nyail Cave by talking to Festa Manager NPC at Template:Navi and selecting the first option;
- Collect:
- 5 25365 Spaghetti by killing/stealing Small Whirlpool;
- 5 25664 Ribbon Noodle by killing/stealing Dandy Star;
- 3 23362 Meatball by killing/stealing Nyailo;
- Inflicting Bleeding on her is recommended - Nyailo will drop many Meatballs around the area she was killed and there will be a map announcement stating "Meatball rain! Enjoy the bountiful harvest!"
- Note: Spaghetti and Ribbon Noodle cannot be stored, traded, mailed or dropped, only sold for 0z.
- Return to Malangdo by walking northwest to Template:Navi and talk to Noodle Master Orzo again at Template:Navi, who will reward the player with:
- 25366 Noodle Festival Coin cannot be stored, traded, mailed or dropped, only spent during event or sold for 0z;
- Noodle Ingredients quest is then replaced by Waiting: Today's Noodles quest, which marks the cooldown.
Watermelon Dessert

- Talk to Helper Lami at Template:Navi, selecting always the first option, to receive Watermelon Fans quest;
- It is recommended to get all daily quests first by talking to all NPCs involved once before proceeding, so all can be done in a single trip to Nyail Cave;
- Go to Nyail Cave by talking to Festa Manager NPC at Template:Navi and selecting the first option;
- Kill 10 Ripe Watermelon for kill count and to collect 10 25367 Promotional Fan - the ones at NPC screen cannot be killed
- Most Ripe Watermelons spawn southeast of Nyail Cave near Template:Navi, east and south of this location, but may also be found at Malangdo "toes" - the island looks like a cat paw and the 3 islands ("toes") from east to west have Ripe Watermelons, near Template:Navi, Template:Navi and Template:Navi;
- Ripe Watermelons will add directly to the killer's inventory 1 25367 Promotional Fan once per kill only while Watermelon Fans quest is active, during which the player may get some extra fans for this item is consumed to teleport a character back to Malangdo during this festival by talking to any Noodle Festa Promotion NPC;
- Note: Promotional Fan cannot be stored, traded, mailed or dropped, only sold for 0z.
- Return to Malangdo by walking northwest to Template:Navi and talk to Helper Lami at Template:Navi, who will reward the player with:
- 25366 Noodle Festival Coin cannot be stored, traded, mailed or dropped, only spent during event or sold for 0z;
- Watermelon Fans quest is then replaced by Waiting: Watermelon Fans quest, which marks the cooldown.
Sea Worm Hunt

- Talk to Helper Domi at Template:Navi, selecting always the first option, to receive Sea Worm Hunt quest;
- It is recommended to get all daily quests first by talking to all NPCs involved once before proceeding, so all can be done in a single trip to Nyail Cave;
- Go to Nyail Cave by talking to Festa Manager NPC at Template:Navi and selecting the first option;
- Kill 10 Sea Worms for kill count and to collect 10 Tough Noodle Leather
- Sea Worms look like Template:Monster, but only have 10 HP, take 1 damage per hit, deal low damage (about 1 to 20 damage per hit) and can only be found in Nyail Cave;
- Sea Worms will add directly to the killer's inventory 1 Tough Noodle Leather once per kill only while the Sea Worm Hunt quest given by Helper Domi NPC is active and, although it drops 25344 Flat Round Stone, which can also be stolen from him, the item has absolutely no use in this year's Noodle Festival and cannot be stored, traded, mailed or dropped, only sold for 0z, so avoid collecting it or sell afterwards;
- Return to Malangdo by walking northwest to Template:Navi and talk to Helper Domi at Template:Navi, who will reward the player with:
- 25366 Noodle Festival Coin cannot be stored, traded, mailed or dropped, only spent during event or sold for 0z;
- Sea Worm Hunt quest is then replaced by Waiting: Sea Worm Hunt quest, which marks the cooldown.
Cool Ice Cream

- Talk to The merchant, Boramae NPC at Template:Navi, selecting always the first option, to receive Cool, Sweet Ice Cream quest;
- It is recommended to get all daily quests first by talking to all NPCs involved once before proceeding, so all can be done in a single trip to Nyail Cave;
- Go to Nyail Cave by talking to Festa Manager NPC at Template:Navi and selecting the first option;
- Kill 5 Dandy Star and 5 Small Whirlpool for kill count and as many of those as needed to collect 5 25658 Noodle Sap
- Both Dandy Star and Small Whirlpool will, not always but at a certain chance, add directly to the killer's inventory 1 25658 Noodle Sap once per kill only while Cool, Sweet Ice Cream quest is active;
- Note: 25658 Noodle Sap cannot be stored, traded, mailed or dropped, only sold for 0z.
- Return to Malangdo by walking northwest to Template:Navi and talk to The merchant, Boramae NPC at Template:Navi, who will reward the player with:
- 25366 Noodle Festival Coin cannot be stored, traded, mailed or dropped, only spent during event or sold for 0z;
- Cool, Sweet Ice Cream quest is then replaced by Waiting: Cool, Sweet Ice Cream quest, which marks the cooldown.
Coupon Stamp

- Complete all previous 4 daily quests and talk to Coupon Reception NPC at Template:Navi to stamp a coupon, marking that you completed all daily events from the festival. Nothing will be initialy rewarded, but an image will appear during chat showing your progress.
- Although the coupon image has 5 stamps, you can only complete this quest 3 times, which means after doing this quest for the third and last time the player will receive a 31303 Costume Memory of the Pasta and the quest will no longer be available, so this costume is acquirable only once per character;
- A character who has done the previous Noodle Festival and already received a 31303 Costume Memory of the Pasta in previous years cannot receive anoter one of this costume during the current event;
