Keh Keh Keh! Deviruchi is getting sick of those plain Deviruchi Hats. Although naturally evil, he offered to help you recolour your hats if you bring him the items he needs! Just be glad he's being nice to a lowly human.
Instructions
- Warp to Prontera.
- Walk to the Northeast part of the map and talk to Head Gear Dyer (Located at 181 192 ).
- Bring it the required items to make the recoloured Deviruchi Hat.
